Sutochno.ru iCal link and calendar sync: how to connect it
Sutochno.ru supports calendar (iCal) links, so it can share bookings with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and the rest. This is the setup, step by step.

1. Copy your Sutochno.ru calendar link into Axorooms
- Sign in to sutochno.ru.
- Open Мои объекты → Календарь → Синхронизация.
- Choose Export calendar and copy the calendar link (it usually ends in
.ics). - Paste it into Axorooms and press Connect — we check the link right away and show how many bookings we found.
2. Paste your Axorooms link into Sutochno.ru
- In Axorooms, copy this listing's Axorooms calendar link.
- Back in sutochno.ru, in the same calendar area, choose Import calendar.
- Paste the Axorooms link and name it Axorooms.
- Sutochno.ru re-reads it periodically — bookings from your other channels then show as closed dates there.
What to expect
Calendar links are never instant: each site reads the others on its own schedule. A night booked on Sutochno.ru closes everywhere else once those sites next read their link, and a night booked elsewhere closes on Sutochno.ru periodically.
