Vrbo iCal link and calendar sync: how to connect it
Vrbo supports calendar (iCal) links, so it can share bookings with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and the rest. This is the setup, step by step.

1. Copy your Vrbo calendar link into Axorooms
- Sign in to vrbo.com (owner dashboard).
- Open Calendar → Import / Export calendars for the property.
- Choose Export calendar and copy the calendar link (it usually ends in
.ics). - Paste it into Axorooms and press Connect — we check the link right away and show how many bookings we found.
2. Paste your Axorooms link into Vrbo
- In Axorooms, copy this listing's Axorooms calendar link.
- Back in vrbo.com (owner dashboard), in the same calendar area, choose Import calendar.
- Paste the Axorooms link and name it Axorooms.
- Vrbo re-reads it about once a day — bookings from your other channels then show as closed dates there.
What to expect
Calendar links are never instant: each site reads the others on its own schedule. A night booked on Vrbo closes everywhere else once those sites next read their link, and a night booked elsewhere closes on Vrbo about once a day.
