How to sync your Airbnb calendar with Google Calendar

Seeing your bookings in Google Calendar, next to everything else in your day, is handy for cleaning and check-ins. It takes two minutes.

Add your Airbnb bookings to Google Calendar

1. On a computer, open airbnb.com → Listings, pick the listing, then Calendar → Availability → Connected calendars → Connect calendars → Export calendar. Copy the link.
2. Open Google Calendar on a computer. Next to Other calendars, click + and choose From URL.
3. Paste the link and click Add calendar. It appears in the list on the left; give it a colour and a name.

It shows on your phone too, as long as the calendar is switched on in the Google Calendar app.

Things to know

• It's one-way and read-only. Google Calendar shows Airbnb's bookings; it can't block dates on Airbnb.
• It isn't fast. Google refreshes subscribed calendars only a few times a day, so use it for planning, not for checking availability before you take a phone booking.
• Guest details are minimal. Airbnb's link has the dates, a reservation link and the last 4 digits of the guest's phone.

All your sites in one Google Calendar

If you list on Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, you'd need one subscription per site per listing.
