Agoda iCal link: how to sync Agoda with Airbnb and Booking.com
Agoda is big in India and across Asia, and many homestays list there next to Airbnb and Booking.com. Agoda supports calendar links, so it can stay in sync with the others.
Where the Agoda calendar link is
- Sign in to Agoda YCS (ycs.agoda.com), or open the Agoda Homes host app.
- Open Calendar → Calendar sync / iCal.
- Choose Export calendar for the room and copy the link.
Menus change from time to time. If you can't find it, search the YCS help for "iCal" or ask your Agoda market manager to switch calendar sync on.
Import Airbnb or Booking.com into Agoda
- In the same calendar-sync area, choose Import calendar.
- Paste the other site's export link (or your Axorooms link) and name it.
- Agoda re-reads it every few hours. Nights booked elsewhere then show as closed on Agoda.
Hotels and guesthouses with several rooms
A calendar link covers one room (one unit). If you have three identical rooms under one room type, each needs its own link, or you manage that room type's count by hand. For a small homestay, the simplest setup is one listing per room.
Linking Agoda, Airbnb and Booking.com together
Three sites linked directly need six links, and every site you add makes it worse.
