Where to find your Airbnb calendar (iCal) link
Airbnb's calendar link is how other booking sites — or a channel manager — learn which nights are already booked on Airbnb. It's tucked away, so here is exactly where it is.
Copy your Airbnb export link
- Use a computer (the menus are easiest to find on airbnb.com rather than in the app).
- Open Menu → Listings and pick the listing.
- Go to Calendar → Availability → Connected calendars → Connect calendars.
- Choose Export calendar, keep All future dates, and copy the link. It looks like
https://www.airbnb.com/calendar/ical/123456.ics?s=….
Each listing has its own link. If you rent out two rooms as two listings, copy each one separately.
What the link contains
The export link lists the nights that are booked or blocked on that listing. For bookings it also carries a reservation link and the last 4 digits of the guest's phone number — enough to recognise a booking, but not the guest's full details. Treat the link like a key: anyone who has it can see which nights are taken, so only paste it into tools you trust.
Import another site's calendar into Airbnb
- On the same Connect calendars page, choose Import calendar.
- Paste the other site's export link (or your Axorooms link) and give it a clear name.
- Airbnb reads imported calendars about every 3 hours and shows those nights as unavailable.
If the link stops working
Booking sites sometimes switch old calendar links off. If a tool reports that your Airbnb link no longer works, copy a fresh link from the same page and replace the old one. In Axorooms you can do this with Replace link — your bookings stay where they are.
