Agoda iCal link and calendar sync: how to connect it
Agoda supports calendar (iCal) links, so it can share bookings with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and the rest. This is the setup, step by step.

1. Copy your Agoda calendar link into Axorooms
- Sign in to Agoda YCS (ycs.agoda.com) or the Agoda Homes host app.
- Open Calendar → Calendar sync / iCal.
- Choose Export calendar for the room and copy the link.
- Paste it into Axorooms and press Connect — we check the link right away and show how many bookings we found.
2. Paste your Axorooms link into Agoda
- In Axorooms, copy this listing's Axorooms calendar link.
- In YCS, same calendar-sync area, choose Import calendar.
- Paste the Axorooms link and name it Axorooms.
- Agoda re-reads it every few hours — bookings from your other channels then show as closed dates.
What to expect
Calendar links are never instant: each site reads the others on its own schedule. A night booked on Agoda closes everywhere else once those sites next read their link, and a night booked elsewhere closes on Agoda every few hours.
