Airbnb iCal link and calendar sync: how to connect it
Airbnb supports calendar (iCal) links, so it can share bookings with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and the rest. This is the setup, step by step.

1. Copy your Airbnb calendar link into Axorooms
- On a computer, open airbnb.com → Menu → Listings and pick the listing.
- Open Calendar → Availability → Connected calendars → Connect calendars.
- Choose Export calendar, keep All future dates, and copy the link (
airbnb.com/calendar/ical/….ics). - Paste it into Axorooms and press Connect — we check the link right away and show how many bookings we found.
2. Paste your Axorooms link into Airbnb
- In Axorooms, copy this listing's Axorooms calendar link.
- On Airbnb, on the same Connect calendars page, choose Import calendar.
- Paste the Axorooms link and name it Axorooms.
- Airbnb re-reads it about every 3 hours — bookings from your other channels then show as closed dates on Airbnb.
What to expect
Calendar links are never instant: each site reads the others on its own schedule. A night booked on Airbnb closes everywhere else once those sites next read their link, and a night booked elsewhere closes on Airbnb about every 3 hours.
